So, like many Voxers, I am a BlytheaHOLIC™. I figured I should share a little of my dolly love with the world, with a unique and different (sarcasm, note) set of profiles of my girls. I love them ridiculously much for the pieces of plastic with hair they are, so if you think they're stupid (so are you), I'm infantile (yes, I know that) or just plain weird (you say that like it's a bad thing!) then please, please, PLEASE do not bother commenting. I'll just dislike you.
My oldest girly (by entry to my family): Pandora. She's the fuzzy one at the back. Yep, with the hair. An ADG custom with silk fibre red hair, she likes eyeliner, ignoring the world, and angsty music.
Next oldest: Elspeth (stock FT): Second Blythe from the left, she's a sweetie who likes tea and sandwiches, pretty dresses, days out in the park, and flowers. My first Takara Blythe.
Thirdly: Laine, LL. A cute punk rocker with flowers in her hair (sometimes). She likes the Grates, the Hard Rock Cafe, black, and cute little animals (she has two rabbits, Sandy and Alex).
Violet (Fruit Punch): My crazy little girl, she's my only EBL and I love her for it. Very unpredictable, owns a fish with three eyes.
These are my four Neo (12") Blythes. Also in the picture is my custom petite, Robin, also with silk fibre hair, two of my MLPs (one of them is a clone), a vintage Sindy clone (Sam), a vintage Tyco Ariel doll, and a tree.
Well, I should be spending time with my padre, but he just went out. So I guess that means I'm off the hook.
Went to a dinner party last night with pasta and pudding and cookies and cake. Then I woke up feeling terrible. Guess there was too much cake.
Going to a toga party today. "Ah, this from the dorm that brought us the 'Somebody-Sneezed Party,' and the 'Day that Ends in Y Party.'". But we can substitute the 'women's peace park tea party' and 'magic fire party.' Joe and Liam keep having these sort of things. My toga's black knit with white dots. Also, following the advice of my history teacher (a fantastic woman named miss Nick) I will be wearing reasonable clothes underneath.
There's a buffy convention in october!!! I am super excited! Warren and Andrew and Jonathan (the troika of geeks) will be there, along with amber benson! So... cool... autographs will be, like, $30 though. So I think I want Tara's (amber) and Andrew's (Tom Lenk).
My brain's too out of it today to write a proper entry. But at least I now have one.
